This presentation will include an overview the MHPAEA’s financial and quantitative treatment limitation rules, as well as its non-quantitative treatment limitation (NQTL) rules. We will also specifically discuss the NQTL comparative analysis requirement and the changes that were implemented under the most recent MHPAEA final regulations issued by the DOL, Treasury, and HHS on September 9, 2024.
